3. We are not an investment platform
Rivanexd is not a Financial Technology Institution (ITF) regulated by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) nor does it operate under the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions (Fintech Law). We do not collect funds from the public, do not intermediate securities, and do not manage investments of any kind. Our sole purpose is to disseminate information about the sector.
